If I Have A Logo or Picture, How Do I Get Them To You?
If you have them in
computer digitized form then they can be sent to us as attachments
with e-mail. Otherwise, they can be sent to us via US Mail, they
will be quickly returned in the same condition as they were
received. We suggest if they are of any value to you that they are
insured in case they are damaged or lost through the mail.

The choice is up to
you, however you feel more comfortable with. You can choose either
Phone, Fax, E-mail or US Mail.

What
Are The Terms Of Payment?
Once we receive a
confirmation from you verifying that you want us to begin. Then we
require a 50% deposit before beginning any web design or graphics
project. At various stages of your site building, we will upload an
unfinished copy of your new site to our server for your approval.
After you have approved the final copy, all you need to do is remit
the remaining balance of your account and we will upload your new
pages to your server.

Are
Their Any Sites That You Will Not Construct?
We WILL NOT publish any
material that contains the following:
- Nudity/ Pornography
- Racism
- Slandering others
through images or text
- Any information related
to drugs and their use
- Any sort of hacking or
cracking information

any illegal activities

Do
You Construct Sites Using CGI
At the moment we do not
code CGI scripts, though this could change in the future. We can
however create similar CGI effects using HTML Script, if your server
supports it. Ask your server administrator about this.
CGI is also
unique to the server you are using, and could easily cause
interference if it is not compatible. For more information, contact
your System Administrator; he/she should be able to answer any
questions on the matter.

What
If I Experience Problems With A Page You Have Designed?
We check the syntax of
our coding to make sure it is as compatible as possible for most
browsers. There are endless possibilities relating to page problems,
but we will accept responsibility if we know for certain that there
are errors on our part. If the user alters the original coding,
however, then we cannot take responsibility for the problems, though
we will be happy to help resolve them.

charge you by the hour to build your site. Those costs run from
$50-75.00 an hour. We don't charge a customer by the hour, rather we
will go over what you want to convey with your site, and we will lay
out what we can do for you to achieve what you want. When we have
covered all aspects of what you want for your site, then we will
submit a price for your consideration.
